How far have you moved away from yourself?

How often do we really contemplate this question...

Am I really here, present in this moment, present in my body. I think, we do not ask this often enough, or slow down long enough to even pretend to.  If we did, we would realize that some of us have no idea who or where we are, what we truly believe and the thoughts we repeatedly think and share.

It is my experience that most people have no idea what messages their bodies are sharing with them on a daily basis. They have very little idea that they are basically on the same treadmill going nowhere. Thinking the same thoughts, stuck in the same belief system. They keep hitting the same obstacles, their bodies keep trying to get their attention, some even going as far as to make them ill enough to try and slow them down so that they may finally pay attention. Maybe even stopping long enough to be present and say, hey what is really going on here. How did I get to this place, this moment... BUT most, EVEN then,  see it as an annoyance and they reach outside of themselves for a drug or advice, some even blaming an outside force/source, just to be able to get back to doing the same thing that brought them to this point in the first place.

Insanity is defined as doing that same thing over and over again expecting a different result.
The problem is that most don't even realize that they are doing the same thing again and again... Isn't that insane...and the cycle continues.
We run around keeping ourselves busy, entertaining our ego's, never paying attention to our essence. Some never even questioning the purpose of it all.

Hence, this question...How far have YOU moved away from yourself??

I sit and/in wonder...

I wonder how often you sit silently,

I wonder if you ever stop...

I ponder if you ever let the moment take you...
flowing in discovery,
stopping time?

I often sit IN wonder...
seeing for the first time,
listening and actually hearing,
truly being,

AND I stay IN wonder!!!

Emotions, Beliefs and our physical health

There has been lots of research connecting the emotional and physical body. I personally believe that most ailments start in the emotional field first but there are also indications that toxins hold their own unique energy and bring about certain mind frames and thoughts.

Candice Pert, a neuropharmacologist, who wrote Molecules of Emotion and, revealed that neuropeptides are present in both the Immune system and on the cell walls of the brain. As these messengers travel through the body they provide vital information and sometimes instant physical feedback.
This discovery shows a close association with emotions and that our emotions and our health are deeply interdependent.  Research indicates an inextricable link between our emotions and the regulatory systems of the endocrine (hormonal system) and Immune system through the Central Nervous System (CNS).

"We can safely say that words, thoughts, emotions and the physical body are all synergistically linked together. A thought expressed in an electromagnetic brain wave that sends a message to the neuropeptides, which in turn is fired off into the CNS to produce the result from the human body. A belief system is a strong enough (or perhaps recurring ) though that is relayed to the neuropeptides within the message system of the body. In turn, the physical body reacts to the emotional Belief System that it is conditioned for. The key is to change the messages that are sent to the body, and to do that we change our Beliefs."  (Vianna Stibal..Theta Healing)

It is crucial to look at the predominant thoughts we think, the emotions we feel and our belief systems as they are creating our health and or maintaining our dis-ease. It is time to be brutally honest with ourselves to begin and progress our healing  to live the lives we were meant to live.

It does not serve you to hold onto the anger, fear or bitterness in your life. There are many different avenues to help you address these feelings and blockages in your system if you find that you cannot do it by yourself, and many of us can't and there is no shame in that....Shame being another emotion that is holding us captive.  Emotional healing and counseling may be what you need, so be open to going down this road. This road may lead you to your inner self and all the mysteries that are locked inside there, patiently waiting for you. Reach out to the network of information around you. Have the intent to resolve whatever may be needed and watch for the messages and people that are there to help you do so.

Contact me for further assistance if you feel stuck or do not know where to begin. It is time to realize that you are unlimited and everything you need is within. I know you hear this so often that it makes you sigh and for some even flips that switch, and we've lost your attention, BUT if this IS what you hear often, maybe its time to pay attention!!!!!!

Alkaline water.....

Alkalizing the body is a hot topic and would probably not be necessary if we all ate enough good healthy greens and vegetables and avoided processed foods, which is the staple of so many western diets.
Herewith some information regarding a specific brand of alkaline water (researched of the web)

Kangen water is one of many brand names for so-called alkaline waters promoted as a healthier form of water with significant anti-oxidant properties. It's generally presented as the result of an electrolysis process which separates ordinary water (H20) into two separate entities. One half of the separated water becomes an acidic HO molecule, while the other becomes an alkaline OH molecule. The producers of Kangen water bottle the alkaline OH water for drinking purposes, while the acidic HO molecule is used for topical applications.
The name kangen is Japanese for "return to the origin," which helps to explain the philosophy behind its promotion as a health food. According to one theory, the human body needs both acids and alkalis to properly process foods, make repairs and generally remain in good working order. Ingesting too many acidic foods and beverages, most notably carbonated soft drinks, can lower the body's natural pH levels to dangerously acidic levels. Kangen water, or other alkaline or ionized waters, could help restore a the body's proper pH level and perhaps even become more alkaline, which would be a positive development, in theory.
Kangen water and other ionized or alkaline water products are also said to have smaller molecules, which means they are more readily absorbed by the body. Ordinary tap wateror unprocessed bottled waters have larger water molecules which tend to pass through the body without reaching individual cells. Without proper re-hydration, these cells can suffer from a form of cellular dehydration and either die too soon or fail to function efficiently. Kangen water is believed to have the ability to rehydrate these cells before they essentially dry out.
While the science behind ionized or alkaline water is fairly solid, the main concern with Kangen water appears to be one of marketing. Kangen water is primarily sold through a multi-level marketing strategy, also known as an MLM. This means the marketer who actually sells the Kangen water company's deionizing machine to a customer must pass along part of the total profit to his or her manager, district supervisor, regional manager and so on. Under theKangen water MLM system, there can be as much as an 8 way division of profits per sale, which means the price of the actual deionizing machine which creates Kangen water can be exceptionally high when compared to similar devices.
There are other deionizing systems which are said to produce the same or even better results than the Kangen water electrolysis system. Even orange juice produces the same level of negative ions as Kangen waterThe idea of consuming more alkaline water for overall health benefits appears to have some merit, but it may not be strictly necessary to invest over $1,000 US Dollars (USD) in a water deionization machine when less expensive alternatives are available.
